Great customer service. Broken part been sent out very fast. Brought the elevated bed less than 4 months and already needed replacement for the support leg!!!🫣🫣🤔🤔. Don't know what parts will need replacement in the future and will the company honor by that time..paid more than $1000 total....Time will tell
