We want you to love your Vänt products
But if you're not completely happy, don't worry. Just send it back our way.
OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE.
Vant Panels wants you to be satisfied with your merchandise. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of saleable merchandise in its original condition. You can return all eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we will not issue a refund if returns are received without its original packaging, which includes the brown cardboard boxes they're shipped in, and the protective packaging around each individual panel/beds. Once your panels have been mounted, we will not be able to accept your return. (If items are received without it's original packaging we will add a restocking fee of up to 20%)
Please note that it may take up to two weeks from the time your order is returned to our warehouse, for your refund to be processed.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN.
To return an item/items, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 1-800-520-8268 and a Customer Service representative will assist you with your return. Please be advised that there will be a return label fee which will be deducted from your refund. All returns made within 30 days of when order was received will be credited to the original form of payment.
Attention Canadian customers: we do not offer return shipping labels for Canadian orders. If you wish to return your order, please contact your local UPS store for return shipping rates and labels. International shipping can be very costly, therefore we recommend ordering swatch samples before placing your order.
Please do not refuse any shipments, as it will not be returned to the return warehouse and a large restocking fee will be deducted from your order.
In case of an exchange, you will need to initiate a regular return and place a new order.
