OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE.
We are confident that you will love your Vänt purchase. However, you can initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging including the outer shipping boxes in order to be eligible for return. Once an item is assembled it is no longer eligible for return.
RETURN RATES:
All returns will be subject to a return fee. Return fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each item. Therefore, return rates on larger items such as beds and chairs can be costly. For information on current return fee rates, please contact our customer support team.
Please note all bedding products are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the return label fee.
INITIATING A RETURN:
To start a return, please contact us at info@vantpanels.com or call our customer support team at 800-520-vänt. We will provide individual return labels for each item you wish to return.
Please note: We do not offer return labels for Canadian orders. If you are located in Canada, and wish to return an item please contact a carrier of your choice for return shipping rates and labels. Return labels need to reference the original order number so that it can be properly identified by our returns team.

REFUND:
Once an item is received at our warehouse, it may take up to two weeks for a refund to be issued. Please note that during busy seasons, it may take longer for refunds to be processed. If you have not received a refund after a reasonable time, please contact our support team for assistance.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
All returns are thoroughly inspected If an item is returned without its original packaging which includes the outer shipping boxes, or is returned in any ineligible* condition we may charge an additional restocking fee of up to 30%.
If delivery is refused by the recipient due to a change of heart, you will be responsible for all return fees incurred by the carrier as all applicable restocking fees.
We do not offer product exchanges. In the event of an exchange, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the item of your choice.
