At VANT we are committed to providing efficient shipping services and clear policies. Please review our shipping policy details.
ORDER PROCESSING-LEAD TIMES
In stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. Once an order is processed you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that it may take a full 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to receive a scan by the carrier.
Most of our items ship via standard ground services such as FedEx and UPS. The typical transit time for ground shipping is 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule a specific delivery time or date for items shipped with these carriers. However, we can schedule a delayed ship date for your order upon request. To do so, please call or email us upon placing your order to make modifications to the shipment date.
Larger items may ship with LTL carriers. The general lead time for LTL shipping is 7-10 Business days. For these shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window prior to delivery.
Please note If your shipping location is considered a remote location an added shipping
fee will apply. We will contact you to provide the additional shipping cost for approval before processing your order.
SHIPPING FEES:
We offer free ground shipping for most items shipping within the Contiguous United states.
Shipping fees are applied to orders shipping outside of the Contiguous US. This includes but is not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. This fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply to large, oversize items. This fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If your shipping location is considered a remote location an added shipping fee will apply. We will contact you to provide the additional shipping cost for approval before processing your order.
