Install upholstered wall panels without finding studs or using traditional drywall anchors. SimpleMount™ is Vant’s patented mounting system designed to make installing upholstered wall panels and wall-mounted headboards fast, secure, and easy.
On standard drywall, SimpleMount™ uses patented anchorless screws with extra-wide threads that grip the drywall directly—so you don’t need to locate studs or install traditional drywall anchors.
Once the mounting track is installed, Vant Panels click into place and can later be removed, rearranged, or reinstalled.
What Is the Vant SimpleMount™ System?
SimpleMount™ is Vant’s patented installation system for wall-mounted upholstered panels and headboards. The system combines aluminum mounting brackets with patented anchorless screws designed to grip standard drywall without requiring studs or traditional drywall anchors.
Vant Panels then attach to the mounting track, creating a wall-mounted upholstered surface that can function as a headboard, accent wall, or larger upholstered feature wall.
Unlike a traditional headboard, Vant Panels mount directly to the wall and do not attach to the bed.

How Does SimpleMount™ Work?
1. Choose Your Layout
Start with the Vant panel configuration that fits your space. Use Vant Panels as a wall-mounted headboard, create an upholstered accent wall, or expand your configuration with additional panels.
2. Mount the SimpleMount™ Brackets
Position the mounting brackets according to the installation instructions included with your panels. For standard drywall, SimpleMount™ anchorless screws are designed with extra-wide threads that grip the drywall directly.
No stud finding. No traditional drywall anchors.
For concrete walls, pre-drill the mounting holes using a 3/16-inch drill bit before installation.
3. Click Your Panels Into Place
Once the mounting brackets are secured to the wall, attach the upholstered panels to the track. The mounting system keeps the panels wall-mounted and independent from your bed, allowing you to create a headboard at the width and height that works for your room.
4. Remove or Reconfigure Whenever You Want
Vant Panels are not permanently fixed to the mounting track. To remove a panel, it can be clicked off the track. The wall brackets can also be unscrewed and reinstalled in another location.
That means your Vant configuration can evolve when your room, bed, layout, or design changes.
A Wall-Mounted Headboard That Doesn't Attach to Your Bed
Vant Panels mount directly to the wall. They do not attach to the bed frame, which gives you more freedom to determine the height, width, and overall scale of your upholstered headboard.

No. When Vant Panels are installed on standard drywall using the SimpleMount™ system, studs are not required. SimpleMount™ uses patented anchorless screws with extra-wide threads designed to grip drywall directly.

Do Vant Panels Need Drywall Anchors?
