The Luna Bed ships within 1-2 business days with LTL delivery service for a flat rate of $199.00. Shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states. This includes threshold in home delivery only, this is not a white glove delivery. Please note it can be up to 2 weeks for delivery.
You can return the Luna bed within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise value as per our return policy The flat rate shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, in the event of a return there will be a return shipping charge deducted from your refund.

Once a delivery date is confirmed with the carrier, any changes or cancellations made on the day of scheduled delivery will incur a rescheduling fee.
Storage fees will apply if the shipment needs to be held for more than 30 days.
If your building requires a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) for delivery, please arrange this before scheduling your delivery.
