Starting off to say that we absolutley LOVE the final product and has already recommended the system to a friend. We did have some issues on (2) seperate deliveries, but Wendy in their customer service department was absolutley spectular and resolved the matter each time. The first nightstand came in damaged, this likely happened during shipment. The Vant team quickly responded. Unfortunatley, the colorway in the nightstand we ordered was discontinued and they were not able to replace the item; however, they did send (2) new nighstands in another colorway, with our aproval of course. Once arrived, (1) of the drawers in the new nightstand would not open and after inspecting, we noticed a piece of the hardware had snapped. We reached back out to Wendy and she immediatley replied with an apology and had already created an order for the replacement. Lucklily, my husband is handy and was able to use the hardware from the first order.
All in all, we have appreciated the customer service and blown away by the install.
